Programme:
Friday 18th
Depart Madrid Plaza de España at 02.00 pm for Salamanca where we pick up more passengers.
Departure from Salamanca aprox. 4.30 pm from Plaza Gabriel y Galán de Salamanca.
We arrive in Lisbon in the afternoon where rooms will be distributed. At night we go out for drinks, visit the city centre and experience the nightlife.Saturday 19th
Breakfast.
Sightseeing tour (takes approx. 4 hrs), where we visit Rossio, the Baixa district and the Plaza del Comercio. We walk through the Barrio de Alfama and enjoy the beautiful views over the city from the magnificent viewpoints.
At midday we visit the Chiado and Barrio Alto and look at the famous Santa Justa elevator. Optional excursion to the pretty villages of SINTRA, CABO DA ROCA and CASCAIS. At night we go to a typical Portuguese restaurant and then party the night away in the bars and clubs of the docklands area, the “Docas de Santo Amaro”.
Sunday 20th
Breakfast and luggage pick up first thing in the morning. We then go to the Barrio de Belem to see the Torre de Belem and the Monasterio de los Jerónimos. Free time for lunch. We leave Lisbon in the afternoon and arrive at Madrid at about midnight.
