Itinerary:
THURSDAY SPAIN - CAIRO
Regular departure flight with Egyptair. Arrival at airport in Cairo. Attendence by local staff, tranfer to hotel. Accomodation.
FRIDAY CAIRO
Buffet breakfast. Excursion to Giza Valley to see the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Return to the hotel.
SATURDAY CAIRO - LUXOR
Breakfast and transport to Cairo airport for domestic flight to Luxor. Arrival at the Luxor airport. Transfer to riverboat. Full board on the cruise. Accomodation.
SUNDAY LUXOR - ESNA
Full board on the cruise. We will cross the Nile River to visit the Thebian Necropolis: Valley of the Kings, mortuary temple of Ramses III known as Madinat Habu, and the Colossis of Memnon. Visit to the biggest and most majestic ancient temples: the temples of Karnak and Luxor. At the scheduled time we will set sail for Esna. Cross through the Esna Locks to continue towards Edfu. Spend the night on board.
MONDAY EDFU - KOM OMBO
Full board on the cruise. Visit to the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Travel by boat to Kom Ombo. Visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus. Travel by boat to Aswan. Spend the night on board.
TUESDAY ASWAN
Full board on the cruise. Possibility to make optional visits to the majestic temples of Abu Simbel, UNESCO humanitarian patrimony. After the excursion, visit to the Unfinished Obelisk and the Aswan High Dam. Night on board in Aswan.
WEDNESDAY ASWAN - CAIRO
Breakfast. At the scheduled time transfer to the airport for the domestic flight to Cairo. Transfer to hotel and accomodation.
THURSDAY CAIRO - SPAIN
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, transfer to the Cairo airport for the return flight to Spain. Check-in, boarding and end of trip.
