At FOROCIO we want to offer you group tourism experiences on different trips and we want you to understand, we also want to offer you all the guarantees of a safe contract on any of our trips.
In this text, we provide you with complete information about the transaction you are about to carry out.
We strive to guarantee a space that is committed to the rights of our customers and that is why we recommend that you read these terms carefully before completing your purchase process and ask us about anything you think needs additional clarification.
We guarantee your trust
These General Conditions, together with the Particular Conditions that could be established for the different trips, regulate the legal relationship derived from the contracting processes formalized by FOR OCIO SL (FOROCIO) and the clients who acquire the tourist services that are provided through the Info@forocio.com site, and can be hired by any client as long as they comply with all the terms stipulated in these Conditions.
This document is available at all times for reading and printing on this website, facilitating the request for its download from here, as established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated text of the General Law on Consumers and Clients and other complementary laws (BOE 30-11-07) and its modifications, and other current provisions.

At Forocio we are an incoming travel agency specializing in group travel, especially as an agency for travel agencies, but we also work for companies, associations, universities and other groups.
We design, plan and execute group trips throughout Spain and other destinations in Europe.
We offer incoming services to meet the needs of travel agencies and tour operators from anywhere in the world.
Our services are intended for groups who want to travel around Spain and/or Europe.
Among the services we offer are:

- Reservation and selection of accommodation, restaurants, monuments and museums
- Transport and transfer management
- Tour guides, multilingual and specialized
- Prior tourist information
By browsing and operating through FOROCIO, the client understands and accepts that its content and the reservation service for services and combined trips associated with the world of Travel (including the service to facilitate payments) that we provide on these pages are managed by FOROCIO and by third parties (Service Providers) and are made available to the client only for their personal, non-commercial (B2C) use, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below.
We define service providers as all entities that offer tourism or management products that can be marketed or used by FOROCIO.

The relationship we have with the Service Providers associated with travel is governed by different terms and conditions that make up the commercial relationship (B2B) we have with each of the Service Providers.
Each Travel Provider acts professionally with FOROCIO when offering its product and/or service on or through FOROCIO (both for the business-to-business relationship and/or the business-to-consumer relationship.) Therefore, it is not allowed resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (eg spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce the content, information, software, reservations, tickets, products or services available FOROCIO for any activity or commercial or competitive purpose.
FOROCIO is not responsible for changes generated by service providers after the offer published on our website, as well as the repercussions and/or consequent changes that this entails (name, services, category of establishments, partial closure of the facilities , etc.) which, in any case, will be promptly communicated to the client.
Terms and conditions of the service
Our website allows the management and organization of combined trips and associated services, such as airport pick-up service; guide services, visits and excursions offered by different service providers through our website forocio.com, which can only be purchased following the procedure established by FOROCIO. Until the proposal sent by FOROCIO is not accepted by the client, there will be no link between the client and FOROCIO.
The purpose of these conditions is to present group package travel organization services. We organize, design and plan tailor-made trips for groups in Spain and European destinations.
FOROCIO will not only organize the trips, but will also provide advice and support in procedures, procedures and documentation related to the trips.
The client may send us requests or requirements in relation to the execution of the package trip and FOROCIO will provide adequate assistance and without undue delay to the client in difficulties, especially in case of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, in particular through:
- a) The provision of adequate information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and
- b) Assistance to the client to establish remote communications and help to find alternative travel formulas.
The service provider and, where appropriate, FOROCIO may invoice a reasonable surcharge for said assistance if the difficulty has been caused intentionally or due to the client’s negligence. Said surcharge will not exceed in any case the actual costs incurred by the service provider or FOROCIO.
By using Info@forocio.com (eg, when making a Travel Reservation), the client establishes a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Travel Provider with which they have selected or purchased a reservation. , service or trip). From the moment the client books a trip or a personalized service associated with the trips, we act solely as an intermediary between the client and the Service Provider.
In providing our Reservation Service, the information we display is based on information provided to us by Travel and Service Providers. As such, the Service Providers that advertise and promote their services on FOROCIO are fully responsible for updating the rates/charges/prices, availability, terms and conditions, and other relevant data that appear on FOROCIO.
Supplementary Services
When clients request supplementary services (for example, room with views, superior, etc.) that cannot be definitively confirmed by FOROCIO, the client may choose to definitively withdraw from the requested supplementary service or keep their request pending such services can finally be provided.
In the event that the parties have agreed to the prior payment of the price of the supplementary services that ultimately cannot be provided, the amount paid will be reimbursed by FOROCIO immediately upon withdrawal of the service by the client or upon return from the trip, according to the client has opted for withdrawal in the provision of the requested supplementary service or has maintained the request.
Recruitment procedure
The online trip reservation offered by the different service providers through the forocio.com Platform and through the forms enabled for the reservation and contracting of trips.
The client must access through the Web where they can access the different group travel offers and in which all the information required by DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2302 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of November 25, 2015 will be provided. on package tours and linked travel services, amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 90/ 314/CEE of the Council.

To proceed with the reservation of your vacation package and/or satisfy other requirements of your itinerary, the payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the trip will be required. The remaining amount must be paid and settled before the trip.
We will provide you with a written confirmation of your booking which will include all details relating to the total cost of your trip, the amount to be paid, the amount already paid and, if necessary, the amount due.
These conditions will apply once we receive the corresponding deposit or, in the case of a last-minute reservation, upon receipt of full payment for the trip.
The client must check the additional information and the particular conditions of each trip before confirming the reservation and be aware of the additional conditions that the Travel Provider may apply (for example, in relation to age requirements, deposit, additional supplements / of non-cancellation for reservations / breakfast not included, pets / cards accepted)
FOROCIO will inform you of the Terms and Conditions of the reservation, dates, provider, itinerary, services included, prices…, which you must accept. The client will have the option of downloading them, or printing them, regardless of the fact that they will also be sent by email to the email address that they have provided us, along with the invoice and the details of the reservation. In the same you will be provided (in the case of having been hired), the plane tickets, receipt and vouchers necessary so that you can enjoy your trip without setbacks. In the same way, you will be informed of the scheduled departure times, if there are stopovers, stopover times, transport connections…
Once the general and specific terms and conditions have been accepted and the payment has been made, the contract will be considered formalized.
If the client wishes to review, modify or cancel their travel reservation, they must consult the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions indicated.

Documentation:
All clients, without exception (including minors), must carry their corresponding personal documentation in order and that of duly authorized minors, according to the laws of the country or countries being visited. The client undertakes to provide FOROCIO in writing, and before contracting the trip, the information regarding all personal circumstances that may affect in this regard, in order to provide the corresponding general information.
It will be at the client’s expense, when the trips require it to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. In the event that the granting of visas is rejected by any Authority, for particular reasons of the user, or their entry into the country is denied due to lack of the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not being a bearer of the same, FOROCIO declines all responsibility for events of this nature, being on behalf of the client any expense that arises, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal of services.
Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permit signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it can be requested by any authority.
For any specific information in this regard, it is recommended to consult the Travel Recommendations service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the website http://www.mae.es; or for citizens of other states they should consult their embassy/consulate. As well as, regarding health issues on the website https://www.mscbs.gob.es.
Prices and payment methods
The prices on our website are shown in euros, taxes included.
The price of the Combined Trip includes all the services and accessories that are specified in the contracted package/offer and that are expressly stated in the combined trip contract, as well as the Value Added Tax (VAT) or the Canary Islands Indirect General Tax (IGIC). ), etc.-, when these are applicable. The information on the applicable tax will be informed on our website.
The price of the Combined Trip does not include:
Fees, taxes and/or local charges to be paid by the client at the destination, such as tourist, ecological, hotel fees, etc., visas, airport fees and/or entry and exit fees, vaccination certificates, drinks, diets special – not even in the case of full board or half board, and in general, any other service that is not expressly detailed in the program/offer, in the combined travel contract.
Also not included are those additional charges that may be charged by some accommodations, directly at the destination, for additional services made available to the customer, even if the customer does not use them.
In the case of excursions or optional visits not contracted at source, it must be borne in mind that they are not part of this combined travel contract. Its publication on our website is for informational purposes only and the price is expressed with the indicative of “estimated”. Therefore, at the time of contracting at the chosen destination, there may be variations in its costs, which alter the estimated price.
On the other hand, these excursions will be offered to the consumer with their specific conditions and final price independently, not guaranteeing their possible realization until the moment of contracting.

The price of the reservations will be the one stipulated by each service provider on our website. If applicable and available, some Service Providers offer the possibility of paying for Reservations (in full or in part, depending on the Service Provider’s payment terms) through a secure online payment system (Bizúm, virtual POS, PayPal …).
For some special (non-refundable) service fees or special offers, the Service Provider may require payment in advance by credit card. In this case, your credit card may be pre-authorized or a charge may be made (sometimes without the option of a refund) once the service or trip is booked. Please, check carefully the data (of the reservation) of the trip or service chosen to know the special conditions before making the reservation.
The client will not hold FOROCIO responsible for any charges (authorized, unauthorized or erroneous) by Service Providers external to the platform and will not claim any amount for any valid or authorized charges made by the Service Provider (including fees with payment in advance, no shows and cancellations with charges) on your credit card. Any claim for erroneous or unauthorized charges by the service provider must be made directly to it.
According to the consumer protection regulation, before making your reservation you will be informed of the price of each of the services offered on our platform, as well as the applicable tax or other costs that may be added, in a broken down manner for a better information.
The client/buyer agrees to pay for the services contracted to FOROCIO in the accepted forms of payment and for any additional amount (including taxes and charges for late payments, as the case may be)
FOROCIO accepts payment by card through a secure payment gateway.
No other payment method is accepted.
To make the reservation, we can require a deposit of 30% or 100% depending on the type of trip.
Payment must be 100% completed before the trip.
Withdrawal, cancellations and returns
At any time prior to the start of the combined trip, the client may terminate the contract, in which case they must indemnify FOROCIO and/or Service Provider with the penalties indicated below:
1) Management fees plus cancellation fees, if any, and
2) Cancellation management fees, consisting of an additional 3% of the total amount of the reservation.
In the event that the client cancels the trip, FOROCIO or the provider may apply an appropriate and justifiable penalty, based on the advance termination of the contract with respect to the start of the combined trip, said penalty, which will be indicated in the time of reservation.
In case of cancellation of the trip in which the external service provider does not offer a refund, it is reported that the amounts corresponding to the payments made for tickets or other reservations of external services that require advance payment will not be refundable.
It is important to take into account that some service providers, such as airlines, hotels or other tourist service providers, may have their own cancellation policies and specific refund conditions. In situations in which said providers do not offer reimbursement for cancellation , FOROCIO will not be able to make the corresponding reimbursement of the amounts already paid by the user.
It is recommended to review the cancellation and refund policies of each provider before making any advance payment, in order to understand the conditions and possible restrictions in case of cancellation. The tourist intermediation platform will be available to provide the necessary information on the policies and conditions applicable to the services contracted through it.
Cancellation of the group in its entirety:
For total group cancellations, we apply these conditions:
- With more than 30 days before the stipulated date to start the trip, tour or activity, a charge of 30% of the total cost will be applied.
- From 15 to 30 days before, a charge of 50% of the total cost will be applied.
- From 3 to 14 days before, a charge of 75% of the total cost will be applied.
- With 2 days or less notice, a charge of 100% of the total cost will be applied.
Individual cancellation of passengers forming part of the group (being no more than 20% of the total number of passengers):
- With more than 30 days before the date stipulated for the start of the trip, tour or activity, no charge will be applied.
- From 7 to 30 days before, a charge of 20% of the total cost will be applied.
- From 3 to 7 days before, a charge of 50% of the total cost will be applied.
- With 2 days or less notice, a charge of 100% of the total cost will be applied.
Reservation modifications:
If the client formalizing the group contract wishes to make changes to their reservation, such as changes in the dates of the trip or the accommodation previously requested, we will make all reasonable efforts to comply with their request. However, the client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such modifications (for example, cancellation fees paid to hotels or other providers).
In the event you decide to make changes to your trip once it has started (for example, change of accommodation location or length of stay), we do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or additional costs and cannot guarantee a refund of the costs already paid by you.
If you do not show up at the scheduled departure time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when there are unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or in the immediate vicinity that significantly affect the execution of the group trip or the transportation of passengers to the destination, the client shall have the right to terminate the contract before it begins without paying any penalty. In this case, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any payment made for Forocio’s services, but not to additional compensation or those third-party services whose conditions are specific.
By making a group travel Reservation that includes the contracting of associated service providers, the client accepts the cancellation and no show conditions of the Travel Provider, as well as other additional terms and conditions (delivery) of said Provider. of services that may affect your Trip.
Customers should consult the Service Provider’s terms and conditions of delivery/purchase/use/carriage directly with the Service Provider. The general cancellation and no show conditions of each Service Provider are available to you on our Platform, both on the Service Provider’s information pages and during the reservation process and in the confirmation e-mail. Some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations . In case of no show (not presented) or cancellations with charges, the Service Provider may apply the tourist / municipal tax.
We ask our clients to consult the data of each reservation or service to see the conditions before making the reservation .
The client may exercise their right of withdrawal, within the period included in the regulations regarding consumer rights, which is set at 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of making the reservation. To exercise this right you must send an email to the following email: info@forocio.com
Cancellation of the trip by FOROCIO or suppliers:
FOROCIO and, where appropriate, the service provider, may cancel the contract and reimburse the customer for all the payments that the customer has made, but will not be responsible for any additional compensation if:
- a) the number of people registered for the combined trip is less than the minimum number specified in the contract and FOROCIO or, where appropriate, the service provider, notify the client of the cancellation within the period established in the contract, which at the latest it will be of:
1st twenty calendar days before the start of the combined trip in the case of trips lasting more than six days,
2nd seven calendar days before the start of the combined trip in the case of trips lasting between two and six days,
3rd forty-eight hours before the start of the combined trip in the case of trips lasting less than two days, or
- b) FOROCIO finds it impossible to execute the contract due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and the cancellation is notified to the client without undue delay before the start of the combined trip.
FOROCIO or, where appropriate, the service provider will provide the refunds required in the previous sections to the client without undue delay and, in any case, within a period not exceeding fourteen calendar days after notification.
Delivery
All the necessary documentation for the management of the trip (tickets, reservation voucher, activities, excursions, hotels, etc.) will be sent by email to the email you have provided us, it is for this reason that we ask our clients to said email is correct.
Right to claim
In accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients, which incorporates the aforementioned Directive into our legal system, the client has the right to claim when there is a lack of conformity that substantially affects the execution From the trip.
The services of the combined trip will be understood to be provided in accordance unless the client states otherwise, in which case FOROCIO must be informed or, where appropriate, the service provider, without undue delay. To make it effective, you must grant them a reasonable period of time that gives them a real possibility of correction. This period will not apply in the event that there is evidence of the refusal to correct by FOROCIO or the service provider or in those cases in which an immediate solution is required. After the period granted without rectification by FOROCIO or service provider, the client may do so himself and request reimbursement of the necessary expenses.
In this case, the client will be entitled to an appropriate price reduction for any period during which there has been a lack of conformity, unless FOROCIO. or the supplier demonstrates that the lack of conformity is attributable to the client, and provided that the reason for the non-compliance is not caused by force majeure or defects in the execution of the contract that are attributable to the consumer.
The client may make the appropriate request or complaint, in relation to the execution of the combined trip to the following email address: info@forocio.com . In the event that the complaint has been filed directly with the provider, the provider will communicate said messages, requests or complaints to FOROCIO without delay.
Likewise, and in compliance with the provisions of art. 40 of Law 7/2017 which regulates the alternative resolution of consumer disputes, we inform you that FOROCIO is not attached to any body and/or entity for alternative resolution thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the client does not agree with the solution adopted by us regarding their claim, they may contact the Consumer Arbitration Board of their corresponding CCAA and/or City Council, as well as the General Directorate of Tourism.
Customer obligations
The client undertakes to make responsible use of the different facilities and services to which they have access for the purpose of the trip.
The client agrees to follow the indications regarding the prevention of the current pandemic, as indicated by our platform, and by the corresponding provider with whom the trip has been contracted.
Privacy and data
For access to the Services and Contents and/or forms included in the Web that require the registration of identification data, the client must freely read and accept our Privacy Policy before providing their data; By accepting said Privacy Policy, you give your informed, express, free and unequivocal consent for the data you provide to FOROCIO to be processed by it in accordance with the provisions of current applicable regulations . Claims and online dispute resolution (ODR)
It is recommended that you inform us first and as soon as possible of any claim through the Customer Service, since said claim will try to be resolved at the moment by contacting the email info@forocio.com .
Be sure to collect and retain all relevant documentation such as contracts, invoices, receipts, emails, or other travel-related correspondence. This will be useful to support your claim.
Response period: The travel agency has a maximum period of one month to respond to your claim.
If that does not solve the problem, you can file a claim through the European Union platform for online dispute resolution , which you will find here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the contract was made online through our Platform; in compliance with the provisions of Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, regarding the alternative resolution of consumer disputes, and of Regulation 524/2013 of the Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters, we inform all Clients that they may carry out their consumer claims through the online dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Intellectual and industrial property
FOROCIO or third parties, whose rights in this regard are legitimately held by FOROCIO, in the same way that it is the owner and/or licensee of all the information contained on the Web, its graphic design, images, software, databases, indexes, source codes, trademarks , industrial drawings, logos, service names and any other signs susceptible to industrial and/or commercial use, being protected in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, Trademark Law, and any others that may be applicable (hereinafter, the Contents of the Web). Notwithstanding the foregoing, FOROCIO does not assume any responsibility for the misuse of the contents of our website, being the sole responsibility of the person who accesses or uses them.
Neither do we assume any responsibility for the information contained in the web pages of third parties that can be accessed by encales or search engines from our web page, nor for the contents that come from sources external to FOROCIO, in case they are already included in our website. which may be out of date or inaccurate. FOROCIO acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers, and therefore does not have direct control over the actions or services provided by them.
FOROCIO, therefore, excludes its responsibility for any error in the information on the travel conditions of our suppliers, and includes all the information required by current regulations. FOROCIO is also not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, damages, losses, injuries or any other inconvenience caused by service providers.
FOROCIO disclaims any liability in relation to any communication with the Service Provider on or through its platform. FOROCIO cannot guarantee that the Service Provider receives/reads, complies with, executes or accepts any request or communication.
FOROCIO will not be responsible for punitive, special, indirect or consequential losses or damages, loss of production, profits, income, contracts, as well as losses or damages of clients or reputation and losses of lawsuits; (ii) errors in the description of Service Provider information (including pricing, availability, and rating information ) on our Platform; (iii) services provided or products offered by the Travel Provider or other business partners; (iv) losses, damages or costs (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) arising out of or related to the use, unavailability or delay of our Platform; or (v) any type of (personal) injury, death, property damage or other damages, losses and expenses (direct or indirect, consequential or punitive) whether due to (legal) acts, errors, violations, negligence ( obvious), willful professional misconduct, omissions, breaches, misrepresentation, strict tort liability or (in whole or in part) attributable to the Service Provider or other business partners (including any of its employees, directors, staff, proxies, representatives, subcontractors or affiliated companies) whose products or services (directly or indirectly) are available, offered or promoted on or through our Platform, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other act beyond our control.

We are not responsible for (and have no obligation to verify) any errors or misspellings in the e-mail address or for any inaccurate or wrong (mobile) telephone number or credit card number.
In general, the Client undertakes to comply with these Conditions of Use and, where appropriate, the special warnings or instructions for use contained in the Web and always act in accordance with the Law, good customs and the requirements of good faith, using the diligence appropriate to the nature of the service that you enjoy, refraining from using the Web in any way that could prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal operation of the same, the assets or rights of FOROCIO, its suppliers, partners, the other clients and in general any third party.
FOROCIO provides access to information of various kinds on its website, assuming the customer responsibility for its use. The client undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as blog services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that FOROCIO may offer through its website, including but not limited to, unless use them to (i) engage in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or an attack on human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of FOROCIO, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other clients and modify or manipulate their messages. FOROCIO reserves the right to withdraw all those comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, order or public safety or that , in his opinion, would not be suitable for publication. In any case, FOROCIO will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by customers through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
In the same way, FOROCIO, in compliance with the provisions of the Law on Information Services and Electronic Commerce, will monitor that the comments posted on the blog included in our website are not contrary to the Law or offensive, in this case, FOROCIO reserves the right to delete said comments, and inform the corresponding authorities, in the event that they may be considered criminal. The Information Services offered on the Web are not subject to any consideration, except for the contracts that you carry out and that entail for the Client the obligation to comply with these Conditions of Contract. FOROCIO, therefore, does not have, with respect to these Services, the obligation to comply with certain levels of availability of the Web or adopt specific security measures. In the same way, FOROCIO may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the Services not subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice, except for services that have been paid for by the client.
The Internet connection necessary to access the Web is in no case provided by FOROCIO and is the responsibility of the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to take all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these risks and prevent damage to their equipment, loss of data and theft of confidential information. For these purposes, you must have up-to-date systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as having up-to-date security patches for the corresponding browsers you use. FOROCIO, is not responsible and excludes its responsibility, to the full extent permitted by the legal system, for damages that may arise from, with a merely illustrative and non-limiting character (i) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the devices and computer equipment of the Clients due to causes beyond FOROCIO’s control, which prevent or delay the provision of Services and Contents or browsing the Web; (ii) Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems; (iii) That may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of the Web and that are not attributable to it.
Duration and termination
The provision of Web Services, in terms of blogs, social networks… has, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, FOROCIO may terminate the provision of services, cancel or terminate the Client in the event that the Client fails to comply with any condition and/or obligation included in these Conditions of Use.
The duration of the reservation will be the one established on the start date of the trip.
FOROCIO, however, is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Web at any time. In any case, FOROCIO will comply with all confirmed and paid reservations.
When this is reasonably possible, FOROCIO will notify, as far in advance as possible, the termination or suspension of the provision of the Web service.
Assignment of combined travel contract
The Client may assign this contract to a third party that complies with the applicable conditions in the contract. Said assignment must be communicated to FOROCIO, sufficiently in advance, and at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the start of the trip.
We inform you that the client may assign this contract to a third party that meets the conditions contained in this contract. Said assignment must be notified to FOROCIO and, where appropriate, to the supplier, sufficiently in advance, but at least 7 (seven) calendar days from the start of the trip. This assignment of the contract must be validated by the latter. In the event that it was not validated by the provider, FOROCIO, in compliance with the package travel regulations, will offer you an alternative with similar characteristics with another provider, and if this is not possible, the client may terminate this contract with the right to the refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.
The assignor of the contract and the assignee will be jointly and severally liable for the amount pending payment of the agreed price, as well as any commission, surcharge or other additional costs derived from the assignment. FOROCIO or, where appropriate, the provider will inform the assignor about the effective costs of the assignment. Said costs must be reasonable and, in any case, they will not exceed the costs actually borne by FOROCIO, and the provider due to the assignment.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These general conditions of use and contracting are governed by Spanish law.
In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, electronic contracts between businessmen or professionals, The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the Client’s domicile.
