Who said it’s worse to travel in winter?
Okay, it’s cold and it’s more uncomfortable to wear gloves and a hat than a swimsuit, but both cities and rural areas have a charm in the colder months that is worth exploring. These are our 7 favorite European cities for this winter!
1. Tallin, Estonia
No doubt: is the set of a fairytail. Located on the shores of the Baltic Sea, and in the Gulf of Finland, its medieval houses transport you to another century, in winter even more.

2. Verona, Italy
Tourists from all over the world are more inclined to visit the beautiful Italy in summer,probably because of the sun and life streets, but Verona, has a special charm in winter, covered in snow and fog.
3. Lucerne, Switzerland
Immersed in the heart of the Alps, Lucerne is the gateway to Central Switzerland. Located in the Lake of the four cantons is in a privileged place for excursions. Under the snow the landscape of the mountains that surrounds it is spectacular.
4. Reykjavik, Iceland

Culinary capital of Spani in 2018, Leon is the place to be. The various Romanesque, Renaissance and Gothic monuments, as well as its famous neighborhood of Tapeo (Barrio Húmedo) are worth a visit in any season, but the snow on the Gothic towers of the cathedral has a special charm in winter.
