Program
DAY 1. Arrival to Madrid.
Reception and private airport pickup and transfer to the hotel , we´ll dropped our bags at the hotel and we´ll do a tour walking around town , seeing Plaza Mayor , Puerta del Sol , Cathedral, Opera , etc ..
Free afternoon to rest .
DAY 2. Madrid.
Private visit to the city, half day visit to the Mercado de San Miguel . In the afternoon “private tapas route” , including 3 differents restaurants. This tour offers a fun and affordable way to visit some of the best tapas places in Madrid with the best insiders tapas in Madrid ! It includes beers, Rebujito and traditional Asturian cider and a selection of delicious tapas , including homemade paella , marinated fish , potatoes Bravioli , Iberian ham with bread and tomato and cheese. In addition to discovering how the Asturian cider pours or the secret of the most popular cocktail of “La Feria de Abril”of Sevilla..
DAY 3. Madrid.
Visit the different market stalls nearest supplies accompanied by a chef company that will teach ABOUT buying seasonal products at a good price and excellent quality. Then cooking class at their facilities.
DAY 4. Madrid – Aranda de Duero – Burgos
In the morning we leave Madrid to go to the land of wine, specifically the Ribera del Duero. We visit the Real Sitio de Ventosilla Finca , Finca 3,000 ha. , Visiting the dairy , calves , crops, vineyards and hydroelectric plant dating from 1924. After the winery , we´ll go to PradoRey . Guided tour of the processing area and wine tasting of 2 PradoRey with cheese Tasting Gourmet Royal Site of Ventosilla and Liquid Gold Oil PradoRey .
Accomodation in Burgos.
DAY 5. Burgos-San Sebastian.
In the morning time to see the Cathedral of Burgos. Then we´ll go to San Sebastian,where we will do a private visit of the old town
DAY 6. San Sebastian.
Private visit to the market to continue with a private cooking class in the gastronomic society . We immerse ourselves in the native environment of society ( ” Txokos ” ) for a cooking class dishes of the region, learn more about Basque culture and the significance of these old social meeting places.
DAY 7. San Sebastian-Bilbao
We continue to Bilbao, where we will start with a sightseeing tour. The Guggenheim Museum, the Palacio de Congreso and of the music center Euskalduna or las torres Isozaki will be visited at some points. Then we continued on foot , to dive into the medieval past 7 Bilbao’s streets , discovering some of the most emblematic and steeped in history as the church of St. Nicholas , the Cathedral of Santiago , the palace Yohn , dog supply and Unamuno square .
In the afternoon visit of the Guggenheim Museum.
In the evening tapas tour . Experience the taste of history through a tour of the old town of Bilbao in which taste some delicacies from both the new Basque cuisine and traditional . We´ll visit 4 restaurants and take in each a pintxo and wine, cider, txakoli and / or soft drinks.
DAY 8. Bilbao – Logroño.
We continue our route to the Land of Rioja wines . In the afternoon , the guide picks us up at the hotel for a visit of the city of Logroño. The walls , Parliament , Camino de Santiago in its passage through Logroño , Church of Santiago , Plaza de la Oca , Iron Bridge Hostel Pilgrim , Stone Bridge, Church Hall, Church of St. Bartholomew, Palace Spires visit , Concatedral of the Round , Market Square and Calle Portales and Paseo del Espolón .
After the visit , we will see an underground depth of Casco Histórico ( old cellars , in this case , the oldest city on Calle Ruavieja ) , of the the sixteenth century, we visited a building with a winery, traditional press and underground draft, where the story of the origin of Logroño and its wineries and the traditional production method is explained , and finally includes a pecking (chorizo , salami and nuts) with a glass of Rioja.
After,”pinchos dinner” in Laurel Street including a typical skewer in each bar ( 3) with a drink ( wine of the year, short or must or the option of raising cane wine or soda ) .
DAY 9. La Rioja.
Private full day excursion to Laguardia and nearby wineries . We´ll also visit a cheese factory with tasting and some factories of porcini mushrooms .
Return to Logroño.
DAY 10.La Rioja- -Barcelona.
Transfert to Barcelona. At arrival, time for a walk at Las Ramblas.
DAY 11. Barcelona.
Private visit to the Boqueria market , followed by private cooking class . Young people will buy , develop quality criteria . In the kitchen they prepare a recipe , with special attention to safety . They started at the stove , cooking items , and expanding the range of possible food handling and eating . All stories explain the origin of food, as they are, their varieties and seasonality.
Afternoon private city tour , seeing the Gothic Quarter and the Cathedral.
DAY 12. Barcelona.
In the morning,Gaudi tour , visiting the main works of the famous architect , included entrance to Sagrada Familia and Park Güell.

DAY 13. Barcelona – Valencia .
We continue our trip to Valencia. In the afternoon City Tour.
DAY 14: Valencia – Madrid
In the morning, Paella class . First,we buy the ingredients in the Central Market , an experience in itself, with its many anecdotes of the stalls , and its modernist architecture. Then a paellero teacher will teach step by step how to cook authentic paella and explain the history of its creation and many other curious things . During the preparation of the paella, there are moments of active work , as stir-fry meat and vegetables , and other quieter moments , such as cooking broth , faithfully following the home made procedure. In these quiet moments , Valencia tasting wine, white or red , or Valencia microbrew , accompanied by a tasting Valencia tomato garden , seasoned with the best virgin oils designation of origin of Valencia is offered .
In the afternoon we go back to Madrid.
DAY 15: Madrid
Transfer to airport for return flight.
